The Escrow Process
As you might imagine, buying a home is a little different from, say, buying a TV. You don’t just swipe a credit card and walk out the store with it.
Once your offer is accepted (Congratulations!!!), you’ll enter the escrow process and a parade of people will get involved. We’ll work with the seller, their agent, an escrow officer, your loan officer, inspectors, insurance agents, maybe contractors, psychics, magicians, a long-lost cousin…okay, no…but can be a lot of people, each an expert in their particular field.
We’ve built relationships with the best of these experts and do all the heavy lifting, leaving you with as effortless a transaction as possible. Once each party involved has confirmed that their particular condition has been met, the purchase is finalized and you get the keys!
